For those who have participated in at least one session of adult learn to row or have prior rowing experience. Athletes will improve fitness and technical skills with the opportunity for racing in the summer and fall seasons. Winter Training
For those who are brand new to the sport! Practices will be 2 days per week on Tuesday and Thursday evenings (6-7:30pm) and a great opportunity to learn about the sport, get fit and have fun! Adult learn to row programs will be offered in June, July and August of 2026.
